I see the ranks of the poor growing larger and the middle class shrinking while the gap between the poorest and the wealthiest is expanding. Tax breaks are given to the wealthy while the poor and middle class are forced to shoulder more and more of the burden. I see my country involved in an illegal and immoral war that’s killing and wounding too many of our young men and women. I see trade deficits and National Debt spiraling out of control creating a burden our children and grandchildren will be paying for generations. I see the Radical Right trying to take away a woman’s Right to Choose while blurring the the line between Chuch and State.
